Located at 16916 Snug Harbour Rd, the Private Resident's Club is the beating heart of daily life in The Palisades. All homeowners who pay Master Association dues receive access via key fob, no additional membership required.
The property includes a fitness facility, seasonal pool, playground, pickleball and basketball courts, and an upstairs clubhouse available for private rental. Everything is accessed with your amenity key fob.
Fitness Facility
Located on the bottom floor of the clubhouse. Open daily from 5am to midnight. Fob access required.
Resident's Club Pool
Seasonal pool located behind the clubhouse. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, 10am–8pm daily.
Playground
Located behind the pool. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pickleball Courts
Connected to the Resident's Club parking lot. Open daily 6am–9pm. Fob access required.
Basketball Courts
Adjacent to the pickleball courts. Open daily 6am–9pm. Fob access required.
Upstairs Clubhouse (Rentable)
Ideal for parties, receptions, and corporate meetings. Includes a conference room, sitting areas, TV lounge, covered porch with rocking chairs, and a warming kitchen. Contact the Assistant Community Manager to book.

Community Walking Trails
The Palisades maintains a network of walking and nature trails throughout the community, connecting neighbourhoods and providing access to green space and natural surroundings. A full trail map is available on the HOA website.
The trails wind through tree-lined common areas and connect residents to the wider community, making it easy to walk, jog, or stroll without leaving The Palisades. Pet waste stations are maintained throughout the community along trail routes.

Dog-Friendly (On-Leash)
Pets are welcome on all trails. All dogs must remain on leash at all times per Charlotte-Mecklenburg leash laws. Pet waste stations are placed throughout the community.

Palisades Country Club
The Palisades Country Club, home to a Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole golf course, is located within The Palisades community and is one of the primary reasons buyers choose to move here. It is not included in Master HOA dues and requires a separate club membership.
